Enix, Majesco, Eidos, Capcom, Rockstar, Sega? Nope. I know GTA is on 360, but Sony lost that title years ago. Eidos as far as I know is just delaying it's stuff and Sega sucks so big loss. Capcom? You mean RE5? Resident Evil was never a PS2 only title, RE4 was on the GC first and why should Enix bother me? FF had a game on the GC and DS, so that wasn't a PS only title either. You may be overexaggerating what the PS3 has lost, as some of these were never sony sole titles to begin with or due to their CEO's slow actions in keeping them. The PS3 is fine right now, no worries on my part. And why would it cost so much? It's not like they have to spend 30 mill, just that some do.

The 360 is far from my issues.. It's selling better in all markets than the XB and will be fine. Why would it fail? Bad Japan sales didn't hurt it much last gen and didn't even knock the XB behind the GC. PS3 is the slower selling of the 3.

Now sega gave PS3 VF5, is that a bad game? If not why do you state that sucks? Wii got the best Sonic this gen so far, the gets Nights exclusive. But most important is that more games is actuly more important than quality. Sounds boring doesn't it but it is true.

I never liked VF series, and sonic is long past being any good. And Knights? Nah, I never liked the first one and doubt it will sell 1 million. It might, but not much more.

I think it's important to consider that because you don't like them the broad range of people that do and that the newer and more wii titles that appeal to a broader spectrum of people the better the Wii platform will perform.

They might already have reached that point really. Dont see any big games coming out for PS3 untill June/july in Japan. Wii does not need games to sell so when the big games comes for the Wii, Ps3 is probably dead in Japan.

Actuly not yet, but the lack of games for the japanese market is slowly leading them to a GameCube position. Not dead but not very succesfull either. The big problem is that they have almost no games at all until august. Meaning that if the 20k is norm for a week, the will barly have sold 1,25 millions in the middle of august. Meanwhile Wii if the can keep 50k would have reached 3 millions.

PS3 isn't dead yet, but to win the have to get some really godd games on the market that the japanese public want to play.

 I just thought I would throw my 2 cents in.  RPG's in my opinion are NOT graphics driven.  RPG's seem to be more fulfilling, addictive, and fun if the ART DIRECTION is good.  FFVII is STILL the best in my opinion in the series, yet Cloud seems to have an uncanny "cartoony" look.

Everybody talks about that there are no games for the PS3, that surprises me, at least you have 4 or 5 excellent games, on the Wii you don't have even one, I know what you are thinking, what about Zelda, well I think Zelda was not that good and I would play Ocarina over and over again and not this one.

The real next gen war is between PS3 and 360, the Wii is not a next gen console, it's something different but not a next gen console.

Personally I own all 3 systems and I prefer the 360, the games are amazing.

The fact that the cheaper and faster built Sonic for Wii actually took a dump on the sales of the much higher quality and more expensive VF5 for PS3, should show you how publishers will be thinking of developing for PS3. Like all other level-headed posters here have said - it will be very stupid and foolhardy for SE to continue releasing FF13 for PS3 only. A very high budget project, a much smaller base compared to the other 2 consoles, and a chance that sales will tank in NA and EU due to the small base size.
