@jneul

lol

BTw I have put together a PM for anyone who had trouble understanding the ending

I'll send it to you if you want, apparently they screwed up translation.

@epicurean

I think you get it by beating the huge turtles (adamantoises)

thanks but i think i got it now after thinking about it for a while, lol, which is why i did not mark it down too much, it just lost a point for the way it was explained in game

it's the future of handheld

PS VITA = LIFE

Thanks Darth...not sure if my guys (or rather, girls) are up to the task or not. I've been taking down the smaller ones with ease now, but I remember trying the giants awhile back and not lasting too long...:(

Will definetly give it a shot tonight, though. I need to get those weapons all the way up to have a chance on some of these side missions...

I think I'm at about the same point as you, the small ones are quite easy. I tried a larger one and one step from it killed my leader instantly.

Also, where can I get Trapezohedron without paying 200,000 gil for it?

Like Darth Said, you can get it from the Adamantoises and Adamantortoises.

Both have the same drop rate, about 1%, 5% if you 5/5 and 10% if you use a Conoisseur Catalog and 5/5.

The big difference is on the ease to kill one or the other. Adamantoises have 5M HP, while Adamantortoises have 3.4M HP.

Adamantoises are the large roaming ones, with shields and plates on their shells and long horns one the Steppe. The Adamantortoises are the static ones, with broken horns and no shields and plates on their shells.

Ah, lestat...good to see you giving help, I know you helped me through a couple problems on Demon's Souls.

I think I have the Conoisseur Catalog, but by 5/5 what are you referring to?  The skill levels?

5/5 is getting 5 stars in the end of the battle . Each time you get 5 stars at the end of any battle, it improves by x5  the chance for any of the normal and rare drops %.

Ah, thanks.  I think I've been able to get 5 stars against the smaller ones.  They haven't given me much for drops yet, think I got gold dust once.  Haven't had the catalog equipped, though.
