0_o i thought the jump from Crystarium 8 to 9 was big but 9 to 10, THATS INSANE, 30'000 for one!

End of 2014 Hardware Predictions (03/03/14)

PlayStation 4: 12-15million

Xbox One: 7-10 million

Wii U: 8-9 million (Changed 01/04/2014 from 7-9 --> 8-9 million)

Here's a guide for killing an adamantoise if you guys need help. This is WITHOUT using a summon.

Characters:

Fang(You)/Light/Hope or Vanille

Paradigms:

RAV/RAV/RAV - Default
SEN/SEN/MED
SAB/SAB/SAB
COM/COM/RAV
SYN/SYN/SYN
SEN/SEN/SEN

Weapon for Fang:

Kains Lance - Upgrade Dragoon's Lance or Taming Pole to get this, and then max it out. You want Fang to have 2700+ Attack.

Equip these accessories on all your characters:

Tetradic-Tiara
Speed Shoes (What-ever one gives auto-haste)
Att + Mag up for the specific characters. Attack accessories ONLY on Fang.
The item drop rate items. Only 1 of each can be put on your entire party, they will NOT stack.

Process:

Start off by damaging the right leg with RAV/RAV/RAV. Stagger it to about 600% and then Highwind it for an instant kill. Switch to SEN/SEN/MED because you need to heal that first stomp.

Switch back to RAV/RAV/RAV and go for the left leg, but watch as the Addy is going to try to stomp you and you NEEED to switch back to SEN/SEN/MED as soon as he does. Repeat 600% process on left leg.

Now he is going to fall, immediately switch to SYN/SYN/SYN no matter what your health is unless you have like 1k left. and put Bravery/Haste on Fang, and just Bravery on Light. Hope should have all the Haste for the party taking care of.

Switch to SAB/SAB/SAB. You need to put these 3 and ONLY these 3 effects on him. Imperil (Which you should cast), De-Protect, and De-Shell.

Switch to RAV/RAV/RAV and stagger his ass to 900%. Switch to COM/COM/RAV. and WAIL on him. If you do this process fast enough you can kill him before he gets up. But if you see him get up, HIGHWIND him.

You may lose once and awhile because your not used to process, but once you fine-tune it. You are unstoppable.

I actually streamlined into a much faster process, without the need for any Auto-Protect items. Party required: Fang, Lightning and Vanille/Hope. Just make sure your party has a General Belt * or a Champion Belt * to have a similar Protect effect.

Start with RAV/RAV/MED and stagger the left leg. It's imperative that you stagger the left first, as the AI will auto target the Right leg after you've defeated it, instead of the Adamantoise itself.

After Staggering the leg, switch to COM/MED/MED and Highwind the leg. Make sure to Highwind it when it's on the ground and not up preparing for a stomp, this is so essential. Highwind does double damage if the target is on the ground, if it's on the air it only does one hit, which will not destroy the leg.

Repeat the process for the other leg, you won't have to worry about targetting it, because of what I said.

When you destroyed the second leg, switch immediatly to SYN/SAB/SAB. This will allow you to cast Haste/Bravera/Faithra while Lightning and Vanille guarantee that Deshell, Deprotect and Imperil get stuck on Adamantoise. When you're finished casting the three effects to your party, Adamantoise will have all three debuffs.

Switch to RAV/RAV/RAV, stagger and bring chain up to 700 % and switch to COM/COM/RAV (you don't need 900 since Vanille's/Hope's spells bring up the chain by 40% for each hit, you can use that time to wail at him with Fang and Lightning, which will do over 100K each, instead of 40K each when they're RAV/RAV/RAV.

This strategy defeats even the 5M Adamantoises in 1:30.

Where can I get Dragoon Lance for Fang?

Just the process I used, always owned with it ^^. Glad this damn Platinum is out of the way. Resonance of Fate is starting to be a jerk to me! :/

Wagram, do you have a good grinding method for money? i have to do 10 Cieth Stone Missions @5 star ranking, so after, there's only the WPN/Accessory Trophy left to do... and if i dont want to kill Those turtle's anymore.. (because it did it for tons of Hours to max out the Crystarium <.<)

I'm a Foreigner, and as such, i am grateful for everyone pointing out any mistakes in my english posted above - only this way i'll be able to improve. thank you!

I hear you can get perfumes from some enemies before the final boss. But if you leave the area your basically screwed. But the Ingots were what I did.

Yes, you can go back to Gran Pulse when you finish the game.

Yes, you can go back to Gran Pulse when you finish the game.

Can technically go back when you enter the final dungeon, and then right before the final boss.
