inFamous or Dragon Age, can't make a fair decision yet as I haven't completed DA yet.

And I don't think Batman counts, the Batman IP is pretty damn old, even if this new Rocksteady line of games is a thing of its own.

Batman AA - As far as I'm concerned there are so many versions of Batman out that it is a new IP when you get one not specifically centered on the films or comics directly. AA is the developers vision of the character across different sources and it is a new GAME IP in that sense imo.
