On the first point, does anyone honestly think an item with a $500 starting point is going to catch-on as a handheld gaming device?
On the second point, how long did Wal-Mart do this? Did not Wal-Mart also do this for the Xbox 360? (And Pachter is not the first to try to downplay the Wii's successful December).
