how if you haven't played all games that are worthy of that title? And don't dare say "its my opinion" because if thats so, then to me the pile of shit I found on the street and played with was my game of the year for 2009.

my best game of the year 2009 is by far Batman - AA - and NSMB Wii is by far better than any other nominies for this year espacially this two mw2 and uncharted 2.

Well for one, it's Mario. Another reason, it's a 2D Mario.........Retro. Final reason, it has multiplayer, up to 4 players can play at the same time. This is new and fresh.........for the Mario Franchise that is. That is why I think it has impressive legs IMO.
