I don't get Capcom, they might as well just make a multiplatform Monster Hunter game, this is ridiculous. Its great to expand your franchise, but if they keep changing the console each game it will only cause problems.

Smart move. All 7 of the Jap360 owners will be going nuts over this.

Seriously, talk about a waste of resources. Porting a 3 year old game to a Japanese gaming community already inundated with MH on massively more popular systems? And to the West where no-one gives a rats about MH let alone a MH MMO?

Everyone knows those resources should be going into giving me, personally, a new Strider???

Well it has a good chance of being a success considering there aren't any great MMOs on the 360.

A new Strider are you serious.  Strider is good and all but would sell even worse then this rumored Monster Hunter game (just look at the numbers for the new Bionic Commando game) if you want to bring back a dead Capcom franchise I would prefer a new Rival School game or a true sequel to Breath of Fire 4.

Its alrdy Multiplat, Its been out on PC for 2 year which didn't really do all that good so basically its a port like FFIX online.....=.=

Interest piqued. MHF was loosely based off MH2 though, hopefully MHFO gets a substantial reworking from the last build (3.0 iirc). Be nice if they added elements and monsters from MH3 in too, especially the swimming/underwater battling.

Given they're actually doing unique servers and segregating from the PC version (unlike FFXI or PSU), I suspect this is more than just a simple port...
