I'd like to see the 64DD titles come to VC or at least Doshin 1&2, there isn't even a 64DD emulator on PC as far as I know and the physical setup is very rare/expensive.

Simple answer to the OP -- because the third parties don't want to put them on there.

Remember, these companies look to make money off their properties. For example, Sega sells Genesis the games individually on the Wii but releases bundled collections for the PS3 and X360.
