Upon reading an out-roar of hate from this video, I watched 2 minutes of the clip. Can't see what all the bitching is about, this is an introduction plain and simple.

An intro to one of the main characters via fulfilling mundane tasks sounds about right for this kind of story oriented game. Start off slow and build up, no need to be turned off by this. Simply wait for reviews (the first of which is very positive!)... or keep telling yourself that you'll get to see boobage and a shower scene. Both should equally help you keep faith!!!

For all the ppl complaining that is boring then go play halo or MW2 damn it. It's the beginning idiots start slow then get better. Is not a shooter it's different genre like Alan wake there's no war and tanks helicopters that have missels redy to fire

Personnally I think a tutorial including guns, soldiers and a car chase with aliens would have been better.

I'm curious as to how the whole thing with main characters being able to die is gonna work out. They say the story continues and things will change, but they haven't really given much info as to how much of an impact a death would cause. Will other characters acknowledge it and move on like nothing happened, or will it actually really change the story/gameplay/locations heavily?


Anyways, I don't plan on buying but, I might have to give it a rent just because it's so different. Based on what I've seen of all footage, some of the QTE's in the game do seem abit unnecessary.

Umm... What language are the subs in your video people? Because mine are in Finnish, and while I don't mind it, I'm pretty surprised. It's the same on both Gametrailers and Youtube. I mean, I'd expect it to be in English or without subs at all as the game's not been even released yet.
