I thought it was kind of boring, but to each his own I guess.
But best movie of the decase? Man, that's hard. I don't know, without thinking about it for a while, these three movies come to mind:
I'm sure there are others, but if I think about it too much there will be about 20 movies that I won't be able to decide on unless I start saying best of each genre.

Well, I really enjoyed it - the story and direction was brilliant, I can see why twesterm found it boring, though, the film was advertised as some sort of action film - and whilst it did have action in it, it was few and far between, leaving more space for story development, etc.

Also, V for Vendetta was a very good film, though I watched it to death.
