I pause and get some water. Sometimes I also eat cookies.

Most of the time, I just forget to eat or drink until I'm hungry as a homeless person.
It hasn't made me thin and sexy though... lol

I stoped drinking alcohol 5 years ago completly. I dont like the effect anymore.

Usually nothing, but when I drink something while gaming it's either apple juice, orange soda or lemonade.

Never water, never coffee, never tea and no hard stuff
