It seems like Kmart locations around North America are jumping the gun and selling Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom a bit early. You should hit up your local Kmart and see if you can score an early copy! Thanks to Marl0 and AerithLovesTifa for the heads up!

What's with all the breaking of street dates?

Lots of places break street dates without reprecussion. Generally the only time a publisher will care is if it's some huge megablockbuster game that they are trying to control every aspect of it's release. Tatsunoko vs Capcom isn't one of those games. It's a niche fighting game, and I doubt capcom is going to be up in arms over it.
