Yeah me too. I'd kill for a new traditional DK game. the SNES ones were incredible, and DK64 was so awesome, I'd love to see what Nintendo could do with that franchise on Wii. Too bad Rare aren't what they used to be and not with Nintendo anymore, basically all their N64 games were fabulous. Imo both the original Banjo titles are still some of the best games ever.

Also, I want a new, 1st party Starfox. Assault on GameCube was okay, but never reached the lofty heights of Starfox 64's greatness, imo. Oh, and while they're at it, I'd like some F-Zero love as well, please. And Pilotwings.

I'm excited for E3 this year although I said that the last two years and was disappointed to some extent both times. Other M and SMG2 put smiles on my face though.

i find it hard to believe they won't make a MP9 for wii because MP8 was originally created for gamecube and doesn't use the wii's capabilities like it should. I know they want to possibly build up MP as a bigger franchise by spacing them out, but they can release 2 in a generation as long as they space them out. They are releasing Mario Galaxy 2 this year and MP8 came out before that.

Mario party was an annual release because it needed to be. Nintendo needed a high selling series they could pump out each year to keep life in the release scheduale. Now they don't need to, and they can focus on new software.

I think a new one will release this year likely for the holidays. I think Nintendo is aiming to please everyone this year: new Zelda, Metroid for the more core market and an all new Mario Party for their new audience. Galaxy 2 will be their bridge game something that pleases everyone.

Its funny how a series that seemed to produce game sequels each year releases a game that sells more than the second, third and forth best selling of the series combined.

Mario Party 8 was fun...I think for me to buy another one they'd really need to 'shake things up ' a bit.

with the big userbase that the Wii has I think a New Mario Party will easily break the 10 Million.
