I think maybe you should the starting argument, we know the issue is "Wii 3rd Parties" but without a defineing argument..we dont know what to argue about. Some Issues about 3rd Parties are true some are false.

Alright. 'at this point, how would you feel is these 3rd parties supported the Natal/Arc motion controls with "hard/core" games but have been reluctant to do so on the Wii? Are they really cutting part of their Wii support like they said? What will they do if these motion controllers fail?

Good question: You better prepare yourself, I dont think its a "if" it more pf they will. I 110% believe that Arc and Natal are released the support that is wanted for Wii will definely get made on thd Arc anc Natal. In regards to Arc, I also believe that Arc will cut into chance of 3rd party putting there core games on Wii, the Arc specifically is to made to mimic Wii mote for the intention of Cock blocking it or upstreaming. I also believe that it has good chance or succeeding.especially if SONY throws money around... not to mention 3rd Parties like CAPCOM( who very Xxcited about Arc) would do backflips to to Make motions without the limitations and Wii market issue. Now thats assuming SONY somehow can get a good portion of its current base and new buyers to adapt to Arc in which they seem very adamant about doing, but if they fail...SONY and MS just wasted alot money.

But then again, what is Sony's first party title that is going to lure people into even getting the Arc? Third parties will give support, sure, but they haven't hinted at a Natal/Wii Sports experience that could get people on board. What is their million-selling Arc title supposed to be?

Thats always a Issue with SONY... they have no genre focus. It is very very very easy for NINTENDO to almost force adaption on there console, because the bread and butter of NINTENDO consoles....,is NINTENDO!, sort of the same with MS, shooters are the bread and butter for XBOX. SONY doesn't have bread and butter genre or brands GT5 is there biggest success, but it doesn't mean other racers will be...plus wat would Arc do for a racer?. I expect SONY to do quanity over 1 super seller because PS fanbase is to broken with taste: I HATE all SONY's western developed games except LBP and Jak series, but I would definitely buy a JRPG, Ape escape or Team ICO motion based game while somebody else be the complete opposite. SONY's gonna have to work hard to appeal to appeal to everybody but if 3rd parties help push with there big franchises Arc can be a successful

Topic?

Anything you want.

Ok:
1. Why do you feel a need to be an attention whore, because you are bored?

2. Why don't you own the Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection, since you have the prior Genesis collection?

There....

@ Xxain:

I'm having an extremely hard time trying to understand anything you're saying... you may want to put some effort into constructing coherent sentences, grammar and interpunction. Seriously.

I don't see how I'm being an attention whore; this thread has barely anything to do about me, besides the fact I made it. I'm just trying to spur discussion on a boring day where there never is any.

Why do you feel the need to try to label me anyways? Why are you looking at my profile and my game collection? It seems that if I wanted your attention, then I just got it.

Anyways, as for Sonic's Ultimate Genesis collection, I don't see the need to have it. I already have owned Sonic like 5 times. Plus, if I wanted to get a 360 game, I'm surely not going to spend my money on SUGC.

I think that 3rd parties are totally going to support the new HD motion controllers with hardcore games and I will find that annoying. I guess with Wii they sort of learned what is annoying motion controls and what enhances gameplay. now they'll apply those lessons to their new projects for the HD consoles.

Oh okay, I see. No worries then. I already figured out what you were saying, it's just that I really had to stop and read it carefully a few times. Well, get a keyboard, man!

*Edit, OT: I think PS360 will see a LOT of the quick-buck shovelware Wii has been getting, and it will probably sell quite well, in the beginning, 'cos for most PS360 owners, it'll be new stuff, plus there won't be as much competition as there is on Wii. However, I think eventually it'll go the same way as the Wii. 3rd Parties just don't learn, all they see is the money, and I can guarantee you they're gonna fart out endless truckloads of minigame compilations, sports games, Wii Fit-clones, and games ending with the letter 'Z' in general.
