Those people are from an early 80's anime television show called Battle of the Planets, G-Force, here in the states. It used to be on early in the morning on Cartoon Network during the Mid 1990's, 1996. I've often wondered why no one made a video game about the show or shows like Jonny Quest or Thundar: The Barbarian.

Shame I won't be playing this for a bit. I'm almost finished with Muramasa and I'm worried that picking this game up real soon would cause some serious Japan overload in my brain.
