Forums - Microsoft Discussion - The Official Mass Effect 2 Review thread.

The game is out VERY soon and people are starting to get extremely excited.

Please keep all reviews in this thread.  We bitch and whinge when Sony fans make a new thread for every single review that comes in for their exclusives, so let's practice what we preach.

Early review buzz is insatiably positive.

So far we have:

games(TM) - 10/10

Official Xbox Magazine - 9.5/10

X360 Magazine - 10/10

Xbox World - 9/10

Xbox World (UK) - 9/10

PC Gamer (UK) - 9/10

IGN - 9.6/10

Nowgamer - 9.8

LEVEL - 9/10

IGN AU - 9.3/10

no need for a new reviews official thread

PC Gamer (UK) gave Mass Effect 2 9/10.

Generally high profile games receive around 10-15 review threads.

The chances of the discussion staying in the slowly dying official thread once reviews like GT and IGN hit are zero.

This way, it's all in one place.

Ok thanks mate.  I'll put that up on the OP.

I'll remove the rumour bit, I have no idea what US PC Gamer gave it then.

Terrible reviews, I wish someone would release something legitimate like a 4/10. I simply cannot accept anything more! JK LOL

yes I agree with this thread now, no-one sees official threads nowadays anyway thanks to them being hidden deep within game specific forums

Keep em rolling

BUT people are allowed to make new threads for IGN, Gamespot & Edge/Eurogamer reviews (as everyone does with every major game)

They will, but they shouldn't.

I meant what I said in the OP.  People (particularly Sony fans) decide that EVERY review is important just because they are interested in their exclusive game.

One thread is all that should be necessary for each game's reviews.

that will continue to happen like tradition like it or not.

anyways this is slightly off topic but:

Most of your posts nowadays have the words  "SONY fans" in them & after that something mildly insulting towards sony fans

its getting old & annoying, so stop it.

Most of my posts?

I rarely post as is, and I have few recollections of any of that.

Some self-projected anger perhaps?
