GOTY 2010 will most likely be a PS3 exclusive making it three wins in a row. 2008: MGS 4. 2009: Uncharted 2.

2010 will be one of Gran turismo 5, God of War 3, The Last Guardian or Heavy Rain which will win GOTY 2010.

Halo:Reach will be the highest selling title for 2010 and GOTY for the XBox 360 but will not win overall GOTY 2010.


IMHO: FFXIII stands no chance of winning GOTY 2010. We have seen extremely mixed Japanese reviews on that game. Japanese reviewers tend to give the most favourable reviews to games released from their home turf.

Bioshock 2, cause something tells me the SP is gonna be as good as the 1st one, plus the MP which looks interesting.

I want to say White Knight Chronicles: IE, however it won't even come close to wining anything, since its an underdog exclusive game of those.

To be honest, i agree with pretty much everything numonex stated in his post, from PS3's insanely popular games, to halo: reach selling the most this year (on HD consoles) all the way down to FFXIII not impressing as much as the above mentioned.

I hope WKC: IE atleast wins best JRPG on PS3 though.

Hmmmm I think probably Halo: Reach as I don't really see GOWIII as a potential GOTY nor GT5 for that matter.

Though Starcraft II blows pretty much everything else out the water IMO if it actually comes out -_-''

I'm still holding firm on my Starcraft II prediction. I simply can't see anything beating it this year, even with a new Zelda Wii, SMG, ME 2, GOW 3 and other heavy hitters coming in for landing.

Starcraft II is possibly the most anticipated game in the world the last 10 years and is bigger, meaner and probably better than everything stacked against it imo. But, time will show, I certainly won't mind if it doesn't win GOTY awards right and left, there are surely other worthy contestants and its not like it affects my enjoyment of the game!
