Well, Shio stole his sig from Yahtzee, so it's whatever.

It's true Akvad.
Yahtzee and the likes of Mike Matei and James Rolfe creates some pretty good original content. While you mention it.. Darksiders up! (ZeroPunctuation).
On Topic though..
Judging from the tv debates, press and all the recent media circus on global warming, the global warming movement seems to have picked up/aquired some, if not all, of the major attributes and recognizable traits of a mainstream religion. In short. Most people who believe in man-made global warming are quite similar to the average religious citizen. Accepting something becouse it is comfortable agreing with everyone else concerned about the environment.

I could accuse people who don't believe in global warming as having the same attributes as religious people as well, because they prefer to live a comfortable lie rather than look at the evidence and deduce from it the actual situation. However neither my analogy or yours actually have anything to do with whether climate change is real, all they do is insult the other group.

I agree with your assessment. It applies to people who do not believe in global warming as well.
Edit:
"Believe" is the key word here.
So Doug Walker was right! Pokemon are of the Devil!
I still think Ketchum has a long way to go before he can take on the man with the chainsaw for an arm, though.
