Didn't knew a Sakura Wars game is coming to Wii :D

Speaking of Sakura Wars... it ain't Wii exclusive.

Its also coming to PS2. Yes. PS2.

Most people on this site don't care about PS2.

Thing is, the Wii version only has english dubs wheres PS2 has both Japanese and English dubs. Niche jrpg gamers mostly care about stuff like that. I don't though. In video games and anime for eg., I find jokes told in English to be more funny than jokes told in Japanese. It does make a difference when you know exactly what the voice actor is saying (ie. Jansen's Japanese VA doesn't appear to be as funny to me as Jansen's English VA). And plus when you are trying to juggle watching the animation and reading at the same time, there's more divided attention (this is drivers ed 101/psych 101. The more things you do at the same time, the less effective you are at the individual tasks you are doing) and I find myself missing some things in the animation (because reading the subtitles distracted me a bit) and having to rewind to get a better look at what happened.

Yeah, NISA's really screwed the pooch by making the LE PS2 only.  Real shitty on their part.

If you were to include every PC exclusive out there, it would be a massive list. Those 31 you listed don't even scratch the surface. In terms of what's out there, there are so many PC exclusive games out there. Indie games especially. Not to mention that you can't find hentai games on consoles. :p

Well no, it was released on PS2 ages ago. Idea Factory is porting the PS2 version to the Wii while NIS is doing the localization.

Well, it's not like the Wii version was going to sell more anyways. The fans of the series (however small that is in the West) will probably not go for the Idea Factory port.

Wii has much higher retail presence these days, if NISA wants to build towards a future audience, Wii would be the place to do it.

Well, I should they would too but they don't seem to care much for the Wii. All NIS has put out this generation was a Phantom Brave port, this Sakura Wars port, and the Hitch Hiking game. (correct me if I'm wrong)

I'm pretty surprised by their lack of support as well, but no new announcements must mean they're happy with how they're going.

Well, they seem to have pretty much dropped DS and PS3 as well (they're just getting Gust pickups and Hitmaker shovelware at this point).  And their touted 360 license never went anywhere. :/

NIS is fully backing PSP, and that's about it... which has to be putting NISA in a bit of a tough spot.

SO4 is not an exclusive..
