The others are all very great (except World rally championship maybe) but they can all be found at low price.

Nah, on the PS1 (hence why I said MGS, though I do know and own the first Metal Gear on MSX). I suggest you play the PS1 game before playing MGS2. Otherwise, you might not be able to follow the story.
