Hmm Kratos goin into other mythologies like Norse/Egyptian????
That would be cool.

Goddess of Love would surely rock more than Bayonetta haha.

 

Even though, the next spet on the series will be Kratos: The Warrior Prince. Kratos will roam through the ancient world in a desperate search of redemption for the 40,000 souls he killed on his dark years.

I think another prequel is the best bet

If it's done right I think it can work.  If the Halo franchise can continue without Master Chief, so can God of War.

I think it will be related with his lost brother and the angry felt against Kratos.

I think Halo 2 (where you don't play Master Chief for a significant portion) and Halo Wars have already transitioned people into accepting that Halo is bigger than Master Chief. Not to mention the books etc. God of War has ONLY ever had Kratos as a controllable (admitedly I haven't finished 2 yet so correct me if I'm wrong) character and hasn't had any other media or games set in the GoW setting. A transition would be better than just having another character.

Yeah i agree, their were two videos in GOW1 revealing ideas for sequals, one had Zeus being kratos's father which happened and the other was his brother being some crazy revenge seeking demon thing, so i think that will be the next installment.



I Hate the fact that all these pillows are contaminated by retard!!

The obvious choice would be "God of War: The Movie", though if we're talking games only. I'd probably shoot for a prequel. Though I don't know when it would arrive, could be next generation for all I care.

I just really hope they don't fuck the franchise over, because I have a hard time imagining that not happening...
