I noticed everyone on this thread saying it's just an opinion but most on that thread are flat out saying it's true. Something someone on here had a problem with.

Hmmm. 2005 - 2007? See for me I can understand why some people may think PS3 owned 2009, but to be honest if FM3 was the only 360 game released 2009 it still wins. It is all respective on what genres or games you like.

For example, many look at Splinter Cell as better than MGS. Many the other way round. Many view Halo as the only game they play, some prefer KZ.

As far as Metacritic goes, I think 360 will have more games with higher scores. I expect Fable 3, Halo Reach, Alan Wake, Splinter Cell and Mass Effect 2 all to get above 90 on meta. I dont expect PS3 to have 5 + games above 90 this year that are console exclusive.

I don't agree , 360 has a good line up, but so does Sony, and my opinion is Sony has the better line up, but we will all see, to another great gaming year for all PS3 and 360 owners.

From what I could read around, thanks to all the project delayed for the crisis and that will resurface to exploit the recovery, 2010 will be wonderful for every platform, including PC, so let's all enjoy it.
Let's not let ourselves go so far to expect Duke Nukem Forever too this year, though.

Mass Effect 2 + Final Fantasy XIII = sold imo

There is nothing ps3 does better than xbox 360. The shooters are better on 360. The rpgs are better on 360. The Racing Sims are better on 360. The action games are better on 360 (bayonetta end of story).

Xbox 360 wins 2010 , not just because of Halo either (even though its shaping up to be epic).

Btw i own both systems just my ps3 is dead, my xbox got rrod but it was still in warrenty but even so i bought a 2nd one while it was getting fixed. My ps3 has ylod and i never paid sony the $150 that they want to fix their problem.

Why would you expect those games be 90+ and don't expect the same from 5 PS3 games? fanboyism I say.

For general info: 

1. Fable 2 didn't make 90 meta...Fable 1 didn't either.

2. There hasnt been a 90 meta Splinter Cell game in ages, certainly not this gen so far.

3. There's as much reason to believe Alan Wake is "locked" on 90+ meta as there is for a title like Heavy Rain.

Actually, there's as much reason to believe any of those games will be 90+ meta as there is for any other anticipated PS3 exclusive like ModNation Racers, MAG, Heavy Rain, White Knight Chronicles or whatever. You just see it your way because you're a fanboy. Period.
