I'm 18 & I disagree

3 > 5 > 6 > 1 >4

My dad is crazy about the old trilogy & hates the new one

BUT fior me, Episode 1 was the first star wars film & to date no film has worked wonders on me like it did.

It made me crazy about Jedi's & the whole star wars universe, it was an amazing film to see!

Then 2 came & I was disappointed, Episode 3 astounded in 2005 though, the hype was worth it.

After seeing EPisode 1 my dad showed me episodes 4,5,6 & I wasn't impressed with EPisode 4, thought 5 was very good & loved episode 6

5 & 6 became favorites until 3 topped it finally.

All Im saying is that for many people who began star wars with Episode 1, the old trilogy isn't some "holy grail".

I did not say anything of the sort, he said something that I disagreed with, so I responded, since when is that not allowed or telling him what he can or cant like? also, im not kidding, I honestly do think the new films are bad and that the original trilogy is superb, im just as entitled to post that as you are to post the opposite.

maybe its because I watched the original trilogy first (before the new ones came out), but I didnt like the new ones much at all and I felt let down as I loved the original films so much.

well, thats my opinion anyway, but I understand what youre saying, I just have to disagree in terms of which films we like.
