Lol, sorry if I offended you. Fact is the average user is younger and is more likely to have a headset on Live than on PSN, hence those problems. Like people above just said...

That's why dedicated servers of PC gaming are much better for online. After some time you can easily find some which aren't overrun with idiots.

Through typically when people wanted to piss others on CS servers they were sending some hip-hop or techno into team chat.
