Its clearly stated that its an IMPORT review

thats why they hardly say how good the story was (or bad if they thought it was bad), thats why they hardly talk much about how the characters are & so on

yet they gave i a 9..........

TBH imo they should have reviewed a copy of the PAL version in which they could understand the damn story as this is a story heavy game.

I don't think they have really made "awful mistakes"

I mean the timeline mistakes are horrendous

but saying "lightning was a psicom soldier" is wrong, but she was a soldier in cocoons army so its also correct upto a certain extent. They probably had these problems due to language barriers.

Finally, I hope this starts putting an end to all of that non-sensical BS that arose in this site for FFXIII. Glad to see a major positive Feature preview/review about FFXIII that everyone can read and comprehend (as we didn't have anything like that before xD).

March 9 can't come any sooner!

Hey guys did anyone else notice how FF VIII was missing from the timeline?? This is the worst mistake, how dare they miss out my favorite;);), apart from that I think I will need to pick this review up myself, nice score BTW.

Amazing feature and very nice score.

problem is

FF7 is the most popular so has to be mentioned

FF9 is the highest rated critically (on metacritic & so on) so has to be mentioned

that leaves FF8....thats why they didn't mention it :(

I am going to make a superior review with links to all the other Final Fantasies, plus their reviews and review FF XIII at the end, it will be one big FF Review lol, just joking
