Unfortuanately knowing England that could happen. They are unpredictable and not in a good way.

IF the US wins it will be for the exact same reason they beat Spain over the summer. No one takes the US seriously enough. Not that they should be taken seriously, but they aren't your pack of backyard peeps either.

Nah, Spain took them seriously.  Howard just had a MONSTER game.

Spain outshot the US over 3 to 1 in that game.  They just couldn't score.

Back in 1994 oldschoolfool was unaware of the World Cup, instead watching American Gladiators/Nascar/Bowling/a Eating Competition during the USA - Switzerland game.
