EDIT: BTW, I wasn't aware that STALKER was an FPS/RPG hybrid. Yea, you have artifacts and an inventory/equipment, but your character never grows.

I'll be the oddball here and point to Hellgate London.

If you looked beyond it's technical faults, that was one pretty amazing game, it took the best out of the original Diablo and added a new layer of game mechanics with the Engineer class ;)

I wouldn't consider Fallout 3 a FPS/RPG Hybrid. Not only are the controls in Fallout 3 clunky, but Bethesda almost everything they could in destroying any twitch gameplay in the game. You can't even make headshots
