same thing happened with me and my ps3 they havent asked me for money, i am madd happy lulz, and good thing they didnt ask for money =D

I asked Nintendo for a replacement microphone clip so I can play Odama. They insisted that it was a third-party game and they don't have replacements for third-party accessories.
I asked Nintendo for an official case and insert for Wii Sports, and after giving my delivery details, I was told that it would be with me in a few weeks. That was last summer. Now I'm tempted to buy the cheapest Wii game I can find, just for a donor case.
I asked Nintendo for a replacement WiiSpeak download code and offered to give any information about the hardware (serial no., etc.) to prove I bought it. When asked for a till receipt, I told the rep that it's probably in the same place as the download ticket WHICH I CANNOT FIND. I eventually downloaded the WiiSpeak Channel using NUSD.

That system is awesome....im still playing it to this day.
Im playing God Hand , im also replaying GOW 2 (which is just soo slow and horrible after bayonetta ,just stopped after the first colossus QTE) and since I need an rpg fix im borrowing Persona 3 tomorrow......the ps2 is a fucking beast.
N64 is the ONLY console of the fifth generation!!!

i gotta say man i really didnt enjoy it as much cuz i wasnt much of a gamer, but the ps3 and 360 are soo good i cnt turn back now lol

If anything you must try Shadow of the Colossus.......you cant call yourself a gamer unless youve played that.

lulz...tried it, didnt like it...but i played a link to the past and LOVED IT...idk the zelda games never give me any motive to finish them they are not fun to me, yes i played SOC.....it was great...i played only the titles like KH1/2 GOW1/2 stuf like that...

Microsoft I'd say was decent. It was great in the sense that after sending in my red ringed 360 I had it back in a week and it works fine....but the bad part of the service was the phone call. I got some Indian woman on the phone and I couldn't understand a damn thing she said which made the whole process take a lot longer when I had to say pardon after each thing she said. Now I know pretty much every company has foreign people on the phones so I can't say its just MS, but boy was this annoying.
Why can't an American company get American people to do the talking. If you think I'm being racist then fuck you; try having a conversation over the phone with an Indian woman who you can't understand.
