Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Tatsunoko VS Capcom commercial

Looking back I don't like the commercial. It looks like a Robot Chicken episode and only has what 5 seconds of it actually showing what the game looks like and how it even plays. Bad. :(

I guess it's about possible familiarity, since a lot of those anime aren't as well known in the US nowadays.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

Oh shit haven't seen this aired yet ,one of the better game commercials.

I really like it. I'm even considering buying it. My brother is always complaining about no good 2D fighters on the Wii, but this could make him happy!!!

1   2   3  not only you and me.

Livin' in sin is the new thing.

Will they even run it though:/

Gaming make me feel GOOD!

So, I'm watching Monday Night Raw on USA (yes...my girlfriend loves WWE, lol), and what do I see? THIS COMMERCIAL. Capcom is finally getting it. This game deserves to do well if Capcom is going to put in this type of effort.

I guess Capcom got the idea. At least we can say it got some advertising. Madworld was advertised during the same time and managed 400k, so this game lucked out.

Good job Capcom!

Leatherhat on July 6th, 2012 3pm. Vita sales:"3 mil for COD 2 mil for AC. Maybe more. "  thehusbo on July 6th, 2012 5pm. Vita sales:"5 mil for COD 2.2 mil for AC."

the commercial looks goof but the motion movements looks familiar lol

Not to bump this up but it seems that Capcom has finally gotten the message of how to sell a game which appeals to a niche fanbase. If only other 3rd party companies will do the same....

Great commercial. This game is making me more and more curious. BUt I would never buy it without getting an arcade stick :(

I don't think at least, I have seen a single NMH 2 advert on television.
