It sounds epic.
Last Story sounds like a parody of Final Fnatasy.

Well Monado: The New Beginning is the Monolith Soft project (guys who Nintendo bought out a couple of year ago and behind Disaster: Day of Crisis). That game already has a name and a subtitle and doubtful they are going to change that for the American and European names.
Most hinted at one seems to be Project Sora but we have absolutely no idea what that project is other than it is a "Special project" with complete backing and funding from Ninty for Mr. Sakurai and that it is leaning toward "hardcore" gamers in nature. Only thing about Project Sora is who knows how long this game will be in development. Only started anything for it after Brawl came out in Japan.
Personally, way I look at it is this is either a subtitle for a game Nintendo will localize, unnamed project (likely Wiiware), or is absolutely nothing of importance for quite sometime. Guess that still leaves it at a broad selection, but best I can think of haha.

Most certainly. That's the first thing that came to mind when I read "The Last Story".
Might be a Last Window (Hotel Dusk sequel) localization?

I thought I'd add the the Nintendo logo is known as the 'Nintendo device' just as a bottle of coke will show that the 'Coca-cola device is a trademark of bla bla bla'
the device is merely the logo of the said product or company, not an actual physical device :P
