I think at a first week between 50k and 100k. However,I think it could do more than 50k,because the preorder will increase in the remaining days,on Amazon it is 18th with the normal version,29th with the version including OST,so it has a double presence XD

Remember,it is even third in the chart of most awaited games from Famitsu's readers,behind DQX and MH3rd,not THE factor about its possible sales,but always something.

Zangeki made 22k staying at 25th place on Amazon for an half of a month,but without any presence in top20 on COMG(and the 20th position was at 20pts,so it was VERY low).

We should see what happens in other retailers,however.

I'm praying for 75k,at least,first week and even 200k of LTD XD

White Knight Chronicles 2 is gonna bomb so hard.

Don't be so sure about that WKC 2 has 1 month to gain grounds.

Xenoblade only increased 4 points in the last 4 days, things are looking really bad :(

Wii lost all its momentum 2 years ago, after the release of Mario Kart Wii. Nintendo dropped the ball (Wii Music and Animal Crossing Wii) and third party devs ceased abruptly the poor support they have been given to the platform. That is something a leader console cannot afford to.

When Wii was in its prime it was a software beast. Niche jrpg's (Shiren 3 or Chocobo's Dungeon) sold very well, cheap spin offs (Dragon Quest Swords or Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles) had amazing sales, manganime games like (Bleach Wii, Naruto Shippuuden: Gekitou Ninja Taisen EX and Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and 3) sold very well too. Then Metroid Prime 3, Fatal Frame 4, Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn and so on did it great.

Now the current trend is irreversible, in terms of software sales and interest I'm afraid this console is completely dead. At this point Nintendo should have ready to lunch its next console as soon as possible, a good date could be September - October 2011.
