Can someone tell me which Sengoku Hime is that? It doesn't seem like any western websites know of it.

It's actually Sangoku Hime 2

Sengoku = Japanese warring states period

Sangoku = Chinese three kingdoms period

it is the PC versoin came out in 2010 

It's originally an adult game series on PC. They took the scenario and reworked it into a more complete RPG/Simulation for all ages.
