I'm not so sure they would want to do that, by doing it there throwing away the mii's which I think are a part of the reason why the Wii series is so successful.

Melee to Brawl was 6 years. SSBB and SSB4 will have to be 3 years. Nt much time isn't it?

I think Pikmin should be a launch title. It'll take avantage of the hardware more than any other franchise.
Also it'll help the franchise grow a bit

Why 3 years? You don't think that they've started production on it after the release of SSBB?(You could be right though since we have no confirmation on it).

But also didnt melee release 2-3 years after SSB?


Well the new nintendo system will release 2011-2012
It'll have to be 3-4 years

SSB was a low budget game and was only to be released in Japan. Melee was rushed to get to its release date.
But brawl was taking its time.

Probably a new Mario kart and why you ask?

- It's one of their best selling games and it's still selling!
- Mario kart wii has been released some time ago and it's pretty obvious that they won't release an sequel to it this gen because the first one is still selling like hotcakes.
- A lot of people will buy the console because a lot of people love mario kart =] Both hardcore players and casuals love it.

Well, honestly, it makes more sense then the choices that are listed in my opinion. I'm not saying they'd get rid of the Wii's. I'm just saying that they'd have the Mario characters in the game as well.

The Wii's launch title was a Wii port of Twilight Princess, a sports games (bundled) and a reboot of the Excite franchise.

Actually, looking at the gamecube games launch Nintendo titles (Waverace: Blue Storm, Luigi's Mansion, and I'm not sure if I count SSB:Brawl/Pikmin since they came out about a month later...i'm sure they weren't all released at the same time WW).

Thinking of it, I'm thinking that for the next Nintendo, there will be the "Sports Game," F-Zero (next gen) and another non-mario release...maybe Star Fox.

 

For the new handheld, whenever it comes out, I'm thinking there will end up being a Pikmin game as a launch title for that system.

 

 

Brawl was out on the GC O_o

I think Zelda, TP was a huge success for Nintendo at launch of the Wii, and by the time 2013-2014 rolls around a new Zelda (not Zelda Wii) should be in the pipleine
