Heavy Rain i think will fail in the sales department by in terms of quality hell no, and mabye Alan Wake i think it all depends on marketing cause we still got no street date and really no info on it

None of the one you said will fail. The expectations (sales-wise) for those games are not that high.

Alan wake does look like it could be a fail or a big wow I see more In heavy rain. MAG is a win if done right but then again hopefully not a FAIl. For some reason I see Halo Reach as a fail also since it probably won't be anything new but who knows? I know it will sell though.

When you say fail, what exactly does that entail? At least some kind of minimum sales peak they can't cross or something for reference.
Or is it in score? Either way, I don't think any of the three mentioned in the OP will fail, at least not from a commercial and critical standpoint.
