Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Razer Reinvents, Perfects the Xbox 360 Controller

I have a Habu and a Reclusa from MS, both made by Razer. MS should allow them to make them wireless but with a price to match. I'd pay up to £50 for one if it was wireless.

I really doubt it will be better than ms controller. It fits like a glove.

I know for a fact it WILL BE better. Microsoft has turned to Razer to develop several computer mice (mouses doesnt make sense) for them because the standard computer mouse sucks. Razer is one of the highest rated brands of PC accessories in the world, them making a controller means that Logitech, MadCatz, and the rest and royally screwed of WalMart starts selling it.

I don't like razer mouses. I prefer my trusty old MX518. :)

Anyway, I really doubt it will feel as good as ms controller. If it does, I might try it for d-pad.

I had a Raxor Boomslang back in the day. Nice little mouse.

Razer can buy the feature from MS. It's not like MS allows you to included basing on whether they like your gamepad or not, it's that you just to have pay them extra.

Wireless controllers by default is one of the features I dislike most in this gen.

Wait, you actually want wired controllers?  o.O

Yeah.

Recharging is a bitch...

That is a drawback, I completely agree, but that's also a very easy workaround.

I know spending the extra $15 isn't exactly ideal, but you get your wired and always charged.  I would say since you're not the norm, that's alright (not trying to sound mean, I'm just saying cater to the majority).

-edit-

And yeah, I've had two Razor mice and they've been nothing but wonderful.  I did mess the wire up on one, but that was my own fault.

Did you miss the part where it's wired?

no, but i was hoping for a wireless rechargable and compatible with pc version :p

This looks cool. Wish they do a programmable controller for ps3 as well though its kinda sad cos I need one to get the easy way out of those ridiculous fighting game move inputs (Ivy's "summon suffering" in soul calibur)
