PSP Go was just a revision like all the other PSP models.It wasn't a new handheld so ur saying sony won't make its lifespan so small doesn't make sense.

I don't think Nintendo is going to kill its golden egg gooses. DS has sold >30 million units this year, Wii >20 million units. They are the less interested company of the three in changing the market dynamics.

I honestly doubt it. There are to many new things coming to the current systems for them to introduce the idea of something new for the next few years. Demand for video game consoles is higher then it ever has in history and the games are getting better and better without the need for a new system to play them on.

DS and Wii are selling WAY to well for Nintendo to release follow-ups
Xbox 360 is dependant on Natal really.. if NATAL flops and MS already makes a loss at 200$.. I think a new Xbox is definetly not out of the question

imo it'll be 2011 when SONY announces and releases PSP2 (and Nintendo will counter with DS2). then in 2012 Next-Box, PS4 and Wii2 will be announced and released.

PSP most likely. Nintendo will put the next handheld and console out next year sometime, same with Microsoft. Sony will keep till 2012, though they'll announce in 2011 too.
