Forums - Gaming - A Game that deserves a remake- The Bouncer

So I was going through my cd collection over the weekend and I found the soundtrack to The Bouncer and it brought back some memeories. The graphics were pretty sweet (maybe better than some of the ff games on the ps2?) but it was soooo short and I found the story a little confusing.  Anyway, I think this is a game that Mr. Wada should bring back from the graveyard of forgotten games. What do you guys think?

Around the Network

I loved the Bouncer, upgrading the characters and buying new moves was awesome! And the 4 player versus mode was hilarious, kicking people down stairs so they knocked down everyone else was great fun every time!
The cutscenes were also really cool, it was kind of a flash back to the good old beat 'em up genre and just played great (except the stage with all the robots, I hated that!).

I agree that a remake would be really fun, perhaps with some added effects and the possibility to use the environment more against your opponents.

It wasnt a Bad game.. but beat em ups have moved into more "EPIC" territory.. like GoW, bayonetta, DMC..bouncer just seems tad boring compared to these titles...

Doubt is not a pleasant condition, but certainty is absurd.

Better as an RPG if remade?
