DS will manage it within another year.
Wii might, it's tracking ahead of PS2, but it really depends on how Nintendo handles Wii's latter cycle.

Sales? Yes
Marketshare? Nope
If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing (mostly)
And shepherds we shall be,
For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints
The DS will outsell the PS2 is something you say when you want to feel good about people agreeing with you. I don't know why you'd phrase it was a question.
"Now, a fun game should always be easy to understand - you should be able to take one look at it and know what you have to do straight away. It should be so well constructed that you can tell at a glance what your goal is and, even if you don’t succeed, you’ll blame yourself rather than the game. Moreover, the people standing around watching the game have also got to be able to enjoy it." - Shiggy
i doubt any home console will pass the PS2 in terms of marketshare for a long time. However the Wii does still have a chance of outselling the PS2, though even if it does happen it won't be for another 3-4 years seeing as the PS2 is looking likely to pass the 150 million shipped mark over the next few years.
As for the DS -- it will pass the PS2 in hardware and marketshare, but it is in a very different market. Most families will only have 1 home console, while many will have multiple handhelds.
