Don't use battle ram in the corridor! I held R1 and square and did that aoe attack think and it gave me 456 combo...Seems like 1000 combo isn't impossible after all!

where ? what is battle ram ?

I remember of the corridor, after the chimera, and I used the gauntlet with "R1 + triangle" killing everybody easly but surprisingly not making a lot of combo (I think)

Mor epeople need to join!

1494... Can't get past that.

How the HELL did you get THAT score? ¬_¬

Pelaajalehti is a gaming magazine if I am not mistaken, if it's true then that's another perfect score for GOW3, didn't see the score on their website but it looks like they are relatively harsh on the scores they give out, so yeah...woot

Not sure if I got the name correctly but it's when you take the enemy and make it like a meat shield then just ram through everything. I call it battle ram.

R1+ Square is when you take both of your blades and swing them around you repeatedly hitting everything around you...I forgot if it was R1 or L1.

I understand you ... but 456 hit ? look insane to me ...

I dont have used the "battle ram", I used the gauntlet (tiger head) :
L1 + triangle ==> good range and damage in this corridor, dont know for the combo hit

Indeed, your attack (L1+square using the chaos blades) is my main problem with GoW3 control
since you use L1 to parry attack, I m too often unexpectedly using L1+square after a parry while I just wanted to do a simple square attack
this L1+square aoe attack is impressive but I think it does fews damage AND it cant be stoped to parry a unexpected attack   ;(

Raping the Centaur and finishing him off with a 100+ hit combo helps. Weaken the centaur first and then focus on the grunts..you should have a lot of hits by the time you finish him off..
That and I found an insane air combo...and people say GoW is a button masher..lol

First grunt fight - 110 ish

Second Grunt fight - 230 ish

Chimera fight - 650ish

End of the Corridor - 1100+

Cyclops battle - 1600

Battle right before Icarus - 1700+

Hope that helps.

I dare say that the graphics of God of War III out-do anything that the PlayStation 3 has to offer today; and yes, that includes Uncharted 2. Though it may be hard to notice at times, because of the dark and doomy ambiance, the game is a visual masterpiece that does not suffer from any technical short-comings; never a bad texture, jagged edge, or a tear in the screen – it’s solid, smooth, and as sharp as the blades Kratos himself uses. Any developer that manages to deliver such flawless graphics in such an extremely epic game deserves a cookie.

Damn, that sounds impressive.

And it better be a Titan sized cookie
