Just finished it a couple of days ago. It truly is a fantastic game with a little something for everyone. I love where the story is going. Can't wait for the DLC.

I have to say I was quite surprised when I saw the thread title. I have heard plenty of good whispers around this site about the game but very little real hype, yet the game has ALREADY hit 5 million. It seemed to get overshadowed by MW2 and NSMBWii sales-wise, but 5 million so quickly is a great achievement.
great game, it's now ubisoft biggest franchise isn't it?
But war... war never changes
Congrats Ubisoft !
Who's the best Pac, Nas, and Big. Just leave it to that.
PLAYSTATION®3 is the future.....NOW.......B_E_L_I_E_V_E
Slaughterhouse Is The Sh*t .... NOW ........ B_E_L_I_E_V_E
Awesome, glad to see it sell so well, t'was an awesome game. Now just wish PS3 sales would increase a little to save face...
Zucas said: Yes I must say great sales given the circumstances and a truly amazing game. After playing and beating the game, this is easily my GOTY beating Batman: Arkham Asylum. Don't think there was much else released this year, bar Spirit Tracks or Uncharted 2 that could stand up to it. Definitely getting over looked by some but definitely not the consumers. |
wow you liked it that much!
anyway considering your avatarm you didn't think RE5 was GOTY?

Yes i did enjoy it that much but I loved the first one as well.
And no I thought RE5 was a complete embarrassment to the series and Shinji Mikami over at Platinum Games was facepalming the entire time through. Even worse I'm hoping the game ends up being a dream or something because that story was so bad. I didn't so mind the gameplay (although took all horrer elements out that RE4 had retained) but man the story killed it for me. I would rather an RE4.5 or something haha.
