^^^You mean they aren't support. They can be good, but cannot substitute for a serious effort.

As for this industry, nothing is more ignorant than blaming your customers for something not selling. There is nothing wrong with them; there is something wrong with your product.

Amen.   That goes for any industry but rarely do you see it more than in this one.

I've never seen Zack & Wiki in any store since it came out. That could be the REAL problem.
