Found myself in GAME today and as I was feeling a bit chatty I asked the friendly shop assistrant about the release date for Sin and Punishment 2.

It turns out that they did not have a release date for the game BUT I saw super mario galaxy on their book/folder with a release date of September 24. When I asked the guy he laughed cheekily and claimed that yes this is the date they had from Nintendo. He also told me that Zelda is indeed coming out Q4 2010.

24 days after my birthday. I think Nintendo EAD Tokyo and NoA hate me. :'(

That would be pretty disappointing since it was assumed it would be out way earlier, given that they said it could be released during the fall of 2009.

That said, having a release date is still nice so even if it's later than I thought I'll probably be able to survive.

It might stlll be a placeholder but it sounds about right.

Gives the game 3-4 months of solid sales, starts the holiday season with a bang and gives Zelda its own time frame around Nov-Dec.

Wonder what Nintendo will publish in Q2-Q3 though?

I'm personally expecting Metroid: Other M in late August.

Check. And vitality sensor in July for teh Cazuals

No one else thinks Q2 is a possibility for Other M?
