they said the same thing last year.......

its normal but at the end of the year we will know!

btw(some company exec said that microsoft/nintendo/ford/dubai investments/cocacola/mcdonalds/citibank will have its biggest year in 2010)

normal pr talk.

Not the same as last year, though.  In 2009 we didn't even know of many games coming until E3, and even then the lineup was very weak compared to past years thanks to many games being delayed.  This year we have way more games we know about way in advance.

It is definitely just PR talk, but that doesn't mean we can't give our own opinions.

2007 had the holy trinity of Bioshock, Halo 3 and Mass Effect.

2008 had the price-cut.

2005/2006/2009 not so special.

2010 has the software (Splinter Cell, Mass Effect, Alan Wake, Fable and Halo) and the price-cut... and Natal. It's going to be a mammoth year; perfect antidote to the Slim.

dissagre. all i see is mass effect 2 and Halo reach that really interest me. The rest are just more generic shooters that i am sick of playing. No PS3 is where all the games are at next year

Don't bring the off topic flamewar crap in here, please.

Also, are you saying that the PS3 has no games?  You said "No PS3 is where all the games are at"... that means that you won't find games on any PS3's....

Thats your opinion and thats fine but this isnt comparing the ps3's lineup to the 360's lineup.........its comparing the 360's past lineup to 2010s lineup.

Dont bring this crap into this thread and try to turn it into a flamewar.

Snip

Not a thread for the PS3 though, so I don't see why he brought it up.

Yeah I edited my post.    Don't want to drive this off topic and feed a list war.

I agree, although even more so than 2007! I mean 2007 had Halo, Mass Effect, and CoD4 that were big for me. This year we have games to Halo, Mass Effect, BioShock, Crackdown, Fable, and Splinter Cell franchises, and a few new IPs

That's what they usually say.

But for now, I'll go with yes.

That's what Sony said back in 2006.

Can we please stay on Xbox/Microsoft?  Thank you.

Yep, this year is going to be EPIC!!
