Fire Emblem is hard, and frustrating but that makes it even more epic and awesome. It's my favourite game this generation give it a try

is that the game that if a character dies then trhey're dead forever?  that just seems intense to me, buiuld a charcter up just to get them die - selfish bastards!!

Though the game is hard and it will demand some commitment, it is not impossible and it really is EPIC and REWARDING. My piece of advise, if you are planning on getting it, is try not to loose anybody, or you will regret it.

I really really enjoyed Lost In Blue:Shipwrecked, its more adventure than rpg, but fun nonetheless.

House of the Dead: Overkill is fun, but definitely not for those who don't like the F bomb dropped every other word =) Pretty raunchy humor.

Opoona.

Rockstar: Announce Bully 2 already and make gamers proud!

Kojima: Come out with Project S already!

The Munchables. ;-D

Pixel Art can be fun.

You could always check out the Wii Recommendation Guide. It's got lots of neat titles that Wii owners have recommended over the past few years. Some are better known than others.

But yeah, there's so many little gems out there for the Wii. My wallet has been sad for a long while now.

I'm loving the recommendations in this thread. Ya'll make me proud.

Rune Factory Frontier, at it's heart, has a lot of farming involved. To me though, it's well balanced with battles and all the other things to do. So if you don't like that farming thing I suggest you don't bother with it. Otherwise, it's quite rewarding.

ah - little king story, i have it and got stuck on the guy on the totem pole thing. It's that long ago i cant remember which kingdom boss it was.

loved the game but I just couldn't do that level

Bring in about five archers and five farmers, and five soldiers.

Start the fight by quickly taking out the Onii near the king. Don't use your archers for this.

Next, eliminate all the remaining Onii. Use your FARMERS (and farmers only!) to attack the king's pedestals. Watch him: when he starts to attack, pull back.

When he summons Onii outside the ring, use your archers to eliminate them, then continue to use your farmers to attack the king. When he summons more Onii, use your soldiers to wipe them out, then attack the king with your farmers. And so on and so forth. Remember that there's a hot spring in the corner; use your farmers to dig it out.

if you wanna try out a rts for the wii, dawn of discovery (also known as anno in europe) is a great one. sadly there are not many rts's on the wii yet, even though the genre is right at home with ir controls.

come try out the computer game i've been working on for my high school senior project, titled sling ball. http://vgchartz.com/forum/thread.php?id=76669&page=1

you can view a few screenshots from the game in my photo album here; http://www.vgchartz.com/photos/album.php?album=2312

yes, this is vonboy's alt account. i can't log into my original account, and i'm not sure if i will ever be able to.

Little King's Story and Muramsa are both great overlooked Wii games that have some RPG elements mixed in. Also, not an RPG, but check out Zack and Wiki if you're even mildly interested in adventure games.

I just watched my brother beat that boss. He took a bunch of veteran soldiers and some archers and just mobbed him so he couldn't get any attacks off. I think he lost 1 guy, but it looked really easy.

@Fire Emblem

My advise is to kill of Meg and Fiona as fast as humanly possible. They are the most horrid characters to drag around with you ever. Strip them of their weapons and send them to die!!!! As for loosing characters, you can always restart the stage, but if you play smart you won't really be risking the lives of your characters anyways. The 1st time through you'll have plenty of deaths though Great game and totally worth playing if you like strategy games.

@main topic

Punch-Out!! no one mentioned this, but you seem to have a few sports titles. This isn't really a sports title, more than a boxing/twitch/puzzle game. It is all about figuring out their move set and reacting faster.

Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World is OK, but be prepared for one of the worst lead characters in the history of video games. He is a massive crybaby most the time, then gets possessed and turns into Mr. Macho.

You don't have NSMBWii in your collection, but hopefully that is just because you stopped updating it

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy
