Saw you at like level 34 today, well guess yesterday now.  Leveling fiend!

(I need to bring my PS3 to work, haha)

Unicorns ARE real - They are just fat, grey and called Rhinos

i beat the game at level 34-35.
the game may not be hard battle wise... except for a few monsters (that i wont say where they are, you'll get there) nothing life threatning though, with the knight and all. BUT i think it might be hard and take a while to get the platinum if you're interest in that.

maybe there's some crazy monsters on quests but i havent done much of those so i cant say... i want the guide =P

should i get it?

Take it from a guy who has played the Japanese version for a year the online quests get ridiculously difficult from GR6 up.

cool =)

Easyness of the game is really irking me though. Such potential wasted by this watered down bullshit >.<

then again I just did get done dieing a million times on Insanity in M.E.2

This is what scares me about FFXIII - the fact if you die you just start right before the battle, don't even have to return to a save point

No, XIII will not be like this. You will die alot in XIII many times over on same battles and will make you want to rip your hair out. (That was from someone who reviewed the game).

But in this game, it is literally spamming the same basic moves over and over. I don't really even have to upgrade my armor. It is just THAT easy. I don't understand why they did it like this. It actually feels a little insulting on how easy it is.

The slow pace of the battles doesn't bother me much, it's pretty much FFXII without haste or speed boosts.

What bothers me is the stupid high amout of enemies and spawn rate. You kill 4 enemies, do a step, kill another 4, then if you do a wrong step, the first 4 enemies have respawned >_<

Without haste?!  I see someone hasn't put their skill points into magic :)

I have been putting points in magic, my avatar is my magic user and I have all elemental massive damage. Haven't found any Haste spell yet. But my comparison was that the normal pace of battles in WKC is equal to the pace of FFXIII without haste or any speed boosts.

That i'm not sure of yet. I'm only at the desert. Lol level 20. :/

No wonder you think the game is so easy. I'm also in the desert, but I'm level 10.

I am on the dissapointed bandwagon now. Game is too short, too easy, and just not that fun anymore. Really really sucks. I will finish it and try for the platinum.

Sucks, had high hopes for this game.

Wagram, you know another game that's too short and too easy, but was never fun from the start? MW2...

Okay maybe I shouldn't say that to avoid a flame war, but that's generally my opinion,

People are complaining about this game not being worth full price because it's "only" a 30-ish hour game with the singleplayer, okay... but then games like CoDMW2, full price, and it's only 4-5 hours with singleplayer...

You can't say that CoD has a better online than this, well, for two reasons;

1. Different genre anyway
2. On MW2, what do you do? Kill stuff, level up, repeat, on here, you do the same, oh my god, but you can also do quests with other people, as well as build your own town (By the way anyone, can you ever expand the space to build, or is it always that small?), and Geonet has like a forum thingy on it (Anyone seen the furry thread? I was on another forum and was laughing so hard at it), so in a way, you could say there's actually more to do on WKC.

Please don't ask why I'm comparing it to MW2, because my answer will be "People don't refuse to by MW2 based on the length or ease of the game, yet they will with a game like this, and I'd call those people hypocrits"

Aaaanyways, if we can ignore what I just said, guess I was defending the game from all the negativity it's recieving, although I've not played it myself, I guess that makes ME a hypocrit, oh well, I can admit it, lol.

Just over 2 weeks left to wait, the anticipation is bloody killing me...

I've got a couple of questions for people;

When I level my avatar up online, will he be that level in story?
Would it make sense to not use my avatar in the story (As part of my party), and use him fully online, and use the default characers, or would I benefit from running him through the storymore to get items ready for online?

@lestatdark: haste is in the divine spells category

@jbrist: you can pay more and more to expand the level of your property but you need to fulfill certain requesites too.

@rutea7

Oh thanks, I've been investing on the elemental magic category :P Also, do any of you use rods on your magic caster? They give a lot of boost to the damage output from spells.
