This game looks pretty good. Is it on psn or disc format?how much will it retail at?

Going to be somewhat tough to find, I went to Gamestop and they didn't even have it listed, might just be that store though.

Seems unlikely, when Amazon is selling PSN releases the title looks like this

As you can see it says "online game code"  Since the Last Rebellion listing does not have that and it is more expensive than the average PSN game I assume that the game is a disc release. 

You could be right though.

its going to be on Disk. they already have a boxart for it.

NiS knows how to do their stuff, im thinking it will get less sales due to graphics though.
