Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Tales of graces impressions by a wii hater.

well maybe im not a wii hater, but i dont like it that much.

impressions:( after watching youtube walktroughs videos ,i dont own a wii and i dont speak japanese)

i think the cities and the landscapes look way better than tales of vesperia.  i love the cities architectural styles. the enviroments are huge, varied  and full of detalis and the draw distance is pretty impressive. i love the water effects and how the worldmap is designed.

i dont like the female characters "loli" designs im kinda of tired of that. they shoud ad some women or some curves to the game.lol

i dont know about the combat system maybe tov gameplay is better .im gonna need to try it first. but the game seems to run with no lag, smooth and fast.

VIDEO sample  SPOILERS FREE.

im a jrpg lover so i might buy a wii to play this and arc rise phantasia.

off topic: can i play tales of symphonia and skies of arcadia (GC) on my wii. i never owned a gamecube.

sorry for my bad english.

Yup Wii is the only fully backwards system on the market. You need a Gamecube controller and memory card to supplement it though.

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

Well, worst case scenario, you can stalk Gamestop.com to see if they ever come back into stock for mem cards (they do have a controller in stock that's not flagged as US only for shipping), or you can see if Amazon.com will ship to them to you. Prices seem to range in the realm of $10-15 each piece plus shipping. I don't know if that's still too much or not, especially when factoring shipping. There are some used items on Amazon marketplace sold even cheaper, if you do need to scale it back, though.

-On a quest for the truly perfect game; I don't think it exists...

So far my 80gb MGS4 bundle PS3 has played EVERY ps2 and ps1 game i've own and they are plenty. Valkyrie Profile 1, 2, Xenosaga series, DBZ tenkaichi series, MGS2, SO3, Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter, etc, etc, etc.

Make games, not war (that goes for ridiculous fanboys)

I may be the next Maelstorm or not, you be the judge http://videogamesgrow.blogspot.com/  hopefully I can be more of an asset than a fanboy to VGC hehe.

For some people like me that would be like $25 because I live in another country and if I want the products to come safe I have to pay for a transportation company to handle the products. And buying it here is out of the question.

@jonnytesta

Thanks for the impressions  I hope you enjoy ToG when you buy it.

Why don't you make like a tree and get out of here?

even i who don 't owns Wii i like it

No, that includes worldwide shipping. I have never missed an order from dealextreme. Once the shipment was delayed for couple of weeks and they sent replacement shipment for free. After they sent it, I got the original shipment. :P
