Also it says: "This shouldn’t be an issue in North America if Ubisoft picks up No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise since the ultraviolent version was published here on Wii. Europe is a different story since Rising Star Games released the censored version." and I guess you will pick up the Japanese version right? Also, I see you are located in Europe and can then not import on the 360, but a system like PS3 i region free, so I find no obstacles for PS3 not to get the bloody, uncensored version.

Good golly, jee willikers. Can people quit listing The Last Guardian, Agent, and FFv13? Those don't even have a generic year given for release date yet!  That's like me listing Gears of War 3, new Perfect Dark game, and Huxley for 360.

lets not declare any goty for next year yet please lol remember when everyone was saying that about killzone 2 or resident evil 5, reviewers forget games that come out in q1.(not that those games deserved it anyway lol). i know andy macnamera says he knows 5 killer games that have yet to be announced for next year so lets wait until at least e3 to start the goty wars lol.

Last I checked Gamespot known for being fair 99% of the time gave KZ2 best shooter over ODST and MW2. Also many people have been hooked to KZ2 (I took the time to count last night 51 servers around 11pm MST, AZ). So yea, that game musta done something right. Even got a 9.1 here on VGC, 91 on meta, etc. So obviously based on several sites and people, KZ2 was also a contender.

After that other Perfect Dark game, would you seriously want to list another one? rofl. My list includes MAG, Ar Tonelico 3, Heavy Rain, The Last Rebellion, GOW3, GT5, Yakuza 3.

this. i really love nintendo. i always have and i always will. i bought the wii on release with TP, and it has not gotten alot of play time since. the wii for me is a big disappointment when it comes to games, since nintendo used to be my favourite BY FAR. The Wii messed with their head imo and the quality of their games are not as high as it used to be FOR ME. SSBB is for me a step down from SSBM and I don't even want to talk about the HORRID MK Wii... Super Mario Galaxy was AMAZING though.. TP for Wii was a really bad game as well, motion controls felt tacked on and i wish i had bought it for GC instead. stuff like wii sports and wii fit is probably cool for some people, but the quality in those games are close to zero and laughable imo, and the worst part about it is that these two games are the only 2 (as far as I know) games that has been given a sequel as well (galaxy, metroid, zelda sequels coming though). also being a Mario Party addict, MP 8 was ass compared to 4, 5, 6 and 7 and the new Wario Ware did not even come close to the fun factor the game had on the GC. So basically all the good old, great franchises I have loved through my 25 years have disappointed me, besides Galaxy that is... oh, and Super Paper Mario was cool though. and I enjoyed Metroid quite a bit. I have also yet to play NSMB Wii, and I think I'm in for a very nice surprise! I also LOVE the classics from the Wii Store, who wouldn't? But that is not really Wii games...

I think Microsoft and Sony will have a good battle this year but I expect the PS3 to have a better overall year world wide. If you live in the US Microsoft has won that.

But really, the thread is clearly about domintating in sales from the OP, with Natal plus other criteria cited as reasons 360 will dominate - it's hardly a surprise that most replies are along the lines of "probably not, as the Wii will outsell it and the PS3 has a decent chance of doing so too".

360 I belive will have a good year for a console at its point in its lifecycle, and looks set to see some great games, but that doesn't change the broader landscape, where the Wii dominates HW sales and also delivers equally huge SW sales for core titles, nor where the PS3 is the 'younger' console and hence still at an earlier point in its sales growth curve.



Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

I am not sure about this - with much more space for price cuts I´d be surprised if the 360 made it, not to mention the Wii with (probably) new colours and a Player´s choice series to come.
