Mortal Kombat had weapons since..... uh... deadly alliance.

i hated Sonya's look in the old game, actually i hated how females look crappy modeled in the 3-D games, they looked bad.

I'm guessing you didn't happen to look at the date on that article in your rush to post it...

Anyways, as I said when this was first shown, they don't look that good with the Sonya being the worst.

The artwork styles are good.. But, as for the actual costumes the characters wear... wtf? Raiden's mask/hat is too big, in my opinion, kano looks, decent, I guess... I can't see anything wrong with scorpion, but, Sonya is just.. plain? Her face, and physical features shouldn't be changed, but, c'mon, it's just a bikini.

Also, when things you see that look good are rejected, chances are whatever the artist thinks of next will blow this stuff out of the water. Let's hope that'll be the case... I gave up on mortal kombat after Deception.. I paid 60 bucks for that half-way decent game in a time where games were 50 bucks.... only for it to be stolen a year later (which is why my displayed PS2 collection is gimped)...

But, let's hope whatever we get or see in the future is much better. There's always room for improvement. I'm considering coming back to mortal kombat... Because I need my fighters, and Tekken 6 just isn't cutting it, and I'm waitng for continuum shift and I don't own Street Fighter IV...

What if Mortal Kombat had a faster paced gameplay (almost like Marvel Vs. Capcom) except with a better flow to it? I guess we'll have to wait and see. Can't believe I'm saying this, but, I'm looking forward to mortal kombat shaping up to be the fighting game experience I've been waiting so long for.

I was referring to the Kazuya one (I think), but I liked both of your last avatars.  I have nothing against the one you're using, it just has me mistaking you for someone else half the time.  Your thought processes are different though, so I normally read what you say which in turn makes me look at who posted it again (and actually look past the avatar, lol).
