Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Halo: Reach Already Fully Playable From Beginning to End!

Halo reach is one of the many must have titles for 2010, sounds like its on schedule for its release date, thats good news, Hopefully they are using this time to polish the game, and make it the best 360 game graphicly yet. Also I hope the campaign is 10-12 hrs atleast, I beat ODST in under 5 hrs. Too short.

what i mean is bungie finished ODST then started show it to the press and so on there doing the same for Reach so any fan feedback is useless because the game is basically finished

Or. . . it's at 40% complete like the OP says.

Yes, but the basic game is complete (correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't this mean the level designs and story?). It's undergoing polish at this point (enemies, graphical detail, AI, etc.).

I could be wrong, though, so if you know, correct me.

Rockstar: Announce Bully 2 already and make gamers proud!

Kojima: Come out with Project S already!

I would just say that with the amount of time that they have left, they could pretty easily make sweeping changes based on what happens in the beta. I don't think they'll need to however, the formula is already there for a good Halo game. It really just needs to be about balancing, polishing and tweaking at this stage. So I guess you're actually kind of right.

I dont know if I could bring myself to buy this when ODST didnt even meet my modest expectations.

Bungie better bring it, or guerrilla, infinity ward, and the other good FPS devs are going to leave their ass in the dust.

And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need... Bungie always gets their games into completely playable form early in the development cycle. This way they can tweak the hell out of it until it is the gameplay perfection that all the Halos have been.

Great news, looks like they will have plenty of time to fine-tune what's completed prior to the fall release......can't wait.

Great...glad to see it's on track, with no delays, so we can expect it to take center stage at E3.

Thats what Bunjie does. But what does Major Nelson do without his most loyal soldier?
